Casual And Charity Stalls       

The Belconnen Fresh Food Markets prides itself on being able to offer first class service and facilities for shoppers, and we are happy to add interest to the centre with a variety of stalls, including fund-raising and charity stalls. Market Tours

The Belconnen Markets have so much happening for Kids! There are the Fruity Files, regular appearances by the ever-popular Broc the Broccoli, NEW Crunch Club Fun Days as well as fun and interactive performances on our Piazza stage. Market tours are an initiative of the Belconnen Fresh Food Markets, our new tour manual created with help from ACT Health means that our market tours are more informative, more educational and more fun than ever.

The School tours include, a personalised behind the scenes tour of the Belconnen Markets with information given by the tour guide and store employees. Students are guided around the markets which includes tastings, demonstrations as well as a show bag for every student! Make the Belconnen Markets part of your schools educational experience, teaching the students about Healthy Eating and lifestyles. Tours can be tailored to suit a variety of streams, including topics such as healthy bodies, good nutrition, food and cooking.

The Giant Mushroom    

Towering above a terrific adventure playground is a pink, yellow and blue giant mushroom. A Sunsmart initiative of the Belconnen Fresh Food Markets (supported by the ACT Cancer Society), The Giant Mushroom is six metres tall with a cap diameter of 15.6 metres covering a total area of 190 square metres! Look for The Giant Mushroom in The Piazza when you visit the markets. You, and the littlies, will love it!
